Enjoy the countryside overlooking Florence!The villa is located in the beautiful hills overlooking the Florence valley, near the city center of Lastra a Signa, only 9 km west of Florence. There is easy access to the freeway and close to the A1 motorway entrance.
The area is green, typical Tuscan style, with ancient villas, olives trees and vineyards, very quiet and calm.
A few steps away from the villa is the gourmet restaurant Edy Piu' ( www.edypiu.it )
The floor plan:
The first floor holds a sitting room with Satellite TV and open fireplace, double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, cook’s kitchen, dining room with open fireplace and telephone ( plug available also for laptop connection ).
Antique finished “taverna” in the basement, can be used like a dining room. Door to the panoramic garden, 100 sq.m., equipped with table and chairs, BBQ, Jacuzzi mini-pool, chaise lounges and view overlooking Florence with the Duomo.
On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with large canopy double bed, window overlooking the Florence valley with the Duomo, full bathroom with shower, and a second double bedroom ( large double or twins ).
The villa has central heating. The first floor is equipped with AC. Cleaning service, cooks and baby sitter are available as well as a local taxi driver.
